About Us

I started my training career in 2016, helping out with a local basketball training company during my summers in college. When I graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University spring of 2018 I became a full-time trainer for 43Hoops Basketball Academy. I was a lead trainer there for almost 3 years before branching off. Grindstone Basketball was born in 2021 as a primarily online training center and has now grown into both online and in-person training.

Athletic Highlights

I was a varsity letterman my freshmen year of high school and graduated from Chaska High School in 2014 I received a scholarship to continue my playing career at Southwest Minnesota State University where I graduated in 2018. Even though I was a college hooper, I fell really short of reaching my potential on the court. And the regret of my basketball career is a large part of why I wanted to become a trainer; I want to help as many players as possible reach their potential so they don't look back on their career and wonder "what if?" or "if only...".
